    Managing Director

    Anshuk Talwar has been in the field of Finance and HR Consulting for the last ten years. He did his MBA in Finance and then went on to work with companies like PwC and Hewitt Associates, before starting IISD in 2010. During his tenure with these organizations in India and abroad, he worked with a number of organizations in the field of strategy, process improvement, cost reduction and talent management. He brings in substantial experience across industries from his years as a financial and process consultant. He cherishes a dream to see IISD grow into a 'best in class' training and skilling organization.

    • Radhika Butail

      Head Human Resource

      Radhika Butail has been heading HR in IISD since 2013. She has done her Masters in Business Administration (HR) from Symbiosis Centre for Management and HRD, Pune. She has many years of experience in the logistics & supply chain industry with lines like P&O Nedlloyd and Maersk (India) Pvt. Ltd. Radhika has a dynamic personality and a progressive attitude. Her passion is to keep the workforce at IISD engaged so that they may grow professionally and deliver exceptional quality.

    AYUSH ANAND

    Project Manager, MSIL

    Ayush Anand is a Mechanical Engineer and has an experience of 7 years in the field of Production and Technical Marketing. His switch over to the Skills industry in the technical vertical was well suited and seamless. He strongly believes that with the strategic efforts and relevant schemes, the current gap between the skill required by automotive/manufacturing industry and the unemployed youth can be fulfilled. He is a hands-on skill development professional who leads his team by example.

    • GAGANDEEP SINGH JAWA

      Finance Manager

      Gagandeep Singh Jawa is a Finance Professional and has experience of more than 6 years in the field of taxation, finance and accountancy. He completed his graduation in commerce from University of Delhi and worked in the Finance Departments with well established CA firms and various companies. He is heading the Finance Department in IISD and uses his knowledge of his core domains of accounting, taxation, budgeting and cost management.

    KAUSHIK SHARMA

    State Head (Himachal Pradesh)

    Kaushik Sharma has done his Masters in Business Administration and is a veteran in the field of skill development with more than 12 years in this line. He has, over the years gained operational expertise in planning and executing all aspects of skill development projects. In IISD, he is heading Himachal Pradesh and Punjab across various government and corporate projects.

    • PANKAJ KUMAR

      State Head (Rajasthan)

      Pankaj Kumar is a Rural Development professional. He is a Computer Science Engineer and has done his Masters in Public Administration & PGDRDM, on full scholarship, from NIRD & PR, Hyderabad (MORD-GOI). His area of specialization is Strategic Rural Management. His passion and goal in life is to improve the living standard of rural poor through overall development of the BPL rural youth of India. He has grass root to managerial operational experience in handling several projects like DDU-GKY, ELSTP, PMKV, NSQF, Seekho aur Kamao etc. His commitment and dedication drives his team to work at their best potential.

    Ghanshyam Soni

    Chief Project Coordinator, Mining

    Ghanshyam Soni has a diverse experience of 38 years in the mining industry in aspects like Safety Management, Planning and Review, Drilling and Blasting in stopping, Quality Control, De-watering and Waste Dump Management and Training and Development. He has worked as the Associate General Manager at Rampur Agucha Mines of Hindustan Zinc Limited. He has also visited mines in Australia to adopt best practices. He is currently working as The Chief Project Coordinator of the training project with Hindustan Zinc Limited.
